My approach, method and tools are different as the focus is on what we are DOING in thinking, in language.  This is the true source. It is an awareness of how our fears and negative thinking (thoughts and emotions), are created as a result of what we do in thinking, how to break the cycle and return to the solution, your true self and calm, conscious aware thinking. 

Change requires an awareness, an understanding of what you are doing and commitment.  Without this, change will not work.  You will find yourself repeatedly back in self-sabotaging, destructive thinking that is ultimately the source of pain and suffering in your life. 

This is why the awareness of how you think, how you do self-destructive negative thinking and what the solution is, is so crucial as it impacts not just your life but all other facets of it - relationships, job, career, business, sport or even pursuing a purpose or passion.

The awareness stops you from being destructive - living in fear, being a victim, making rash emotional choices and decisions that impact yourself, your life and others and sabotaging yourself and your potential.

Jane Cull is an author, speaker and consultant on Change.  She is the author of Living Systems:  An Introductory Guide to the Theories of Humberto Maturana & Francisco Varela, The Circularity of Life:  An Essential Shift for Sustainability and her latest book, WTF?!…How am I Thinking?: A Thinking Tool for Change.

She is an expert on the Theories of Living Systems, and in particular the Biology of Cognition, the ground-breaking work of renowned Chilean Biologist and Systems Thinker, Dr Humberto Maturana.

Jane addresses the root of our problems, what she calls 'Attachment Thinking', raising awareness of the universality of what shows up when we do this kind of thinking and what the solution is.  The solution is a different kind of thinking in which we become conscious, aware and responsible for ourselves and our lives. Her thinking tools for change not only raise awareness, they also help to break the cycle of this destructive thinking.
